Made in our Smeaton Grange factory.
- 930 m² manufacturing facility at Smeaton Grange
- CNC machining on Biesse, SCM and Woomtron machines, with sheets up to 3600 × 2100
- Holzher edgebanders and SCM panel saws
- Capacity of up to 30 kitchens a month
- Materials: MDF poly, laminate, veneer, solid timber and HMR
- Typical lead time of 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and workload

We work with builders, developers, architects, interior designers and construction companies, on residential packages and commercial fit-outs.
What do you need to quote a job?
Plans, elevations and a schedule of finishes. Early-stage drawings are fine, and we will tell you what is missing. Email them to sales@sydneycustomjoinery.com.au.
How fast is the quote?
Free and itemised, back to you within 72 hours.
What is your lead time?
Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and workload. Tell us your deadline and we will work to it.
Do you install, or only manufacture?
Both. Installation is done by our own team, and we do not use subcontractors on your site.
What warranty do you offer?
Seven years on joinery produced locally at our own facility. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, from 12 months up to 25 years depending on the product.
Where do you work?
Sydney and across New South Wales.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. We can also arrange visits to completed projects.
