Done right the first time.
Sydney Custom Joinery designs, manufactures and installs custom joinery for builders, architects, interior designers and construction companies across Sydney and New South Wales. We work on commercial fit-outs and residential packages, and we sit in the mid to high end of the market.
How we work
One team, from design to installation.
Our team has more than 25 years of joinery experience. Our clients come to us when the joinery has to be right the first time, when the program cannot move, and when they would rather deal with one team from design through to installation than chase three different trades.
Everything is drawn, made and installed by our own people at our Smeaton Grange manufacturing facility, and backed by a seven-year warranty on locally produced joinery. We do not use subcontractors on your site.
Our factory is open for visits by appointment, and we can also arrange visits to completed projects.

- 930 m² manufacturing facility at Smeaton Grange
- CNC machining on Biesse, SCM and Woomtron machines, with sheets up to 3600 × 2100
- Holzher edgebanders and SCM panel saws
- Capacity of up to 30 kitchens a month
- Materials: MDF poly, laminate, veneer, solid timber and HMR
- Typical lead time of 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and workload
